All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Rimaz is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other factors outside of our control. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
